Our return policy is applicable for 7 days. We will initiate the return process only if we receive your return request within 7 days of delivery of the product and the delivery date is considered as per the confirmation we receive from our logistics partners.
Customized orders and special sale/discount items cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only for the reasons:
Damage in the product when delivered
Incomplete product/ any parts of the product are missing
In case of damage or manufacturing defects when delivered we may replace the product under warranty terms, however if we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product we may offer new product on returning old product.
If your return claim is accepted, we will pick up the product free of cost from your home and the information about the pickup date and time will be shared with you in mail.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and we will approve it based on the product original nature/condition and we will not approve your refund if the product is find to be used.
We will notify you about the approval status via mail and the refund will be processed after 48 hours of product pickup and depending upon the mode of payment you made, it usually takes 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of delay in payments please be patient and check with your bank and you still haven’t received please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
No cancellations are accepted once the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
